Mr. Skwara was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and attended California State University of Los Angeles. Mr Skwara played both collegiate and professional soccer, most famously in Germany with TuS Helene Essen in the 1980s, and in the United States with several clubs. Mr. Skwara is dedicated to establishing a top-ranked club with L.A. Wolves FC, and has guided the club as General Manager and Head Coach to 63 wins against just six losses and four ties in the club's first three seasons in the UPSL's Western Conference. Today, Mr. Skwara serves as the club's Chairman and President.
