L.A. W17 FC Hits Bar or Post Five Times in 1-0 Loss to FC Golden State Force U23s
W17 FC Has Its Nine-Game Winning Streak Snapped by UPSL Championship Division Leader

June 24, 2017 -- Los Angeles - L.A. W17 FC hit the frame of the goal five times and nothing. No kindness. No love. No goals.
L.A. W17 FC (11-3-1 overall) lost for the first time in 10 games in a 1-0 defeat to FC Golden State Force U23s on Saturday night in a United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Championship Division Western Conference game at John Anson Ford Sports Complex.
L.A. Wolves FC President Yan Skwara said, "It's disappointing to lose when we were so much better than they were in the second half. We hit the cross bar over and over and no love. The soccer gods were not shining on us for some reason. Hats off to FC Golden State Force U23s for the win, but we are looking forward not at the playoffs and a shot at a rematch or better."
The club has qualified for the UPSL Championship Division Playoffs, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, July 15 and 16. Location and game times to be announced.
