L.A. W17 FC Jumps to Sixth in UPSL's Championship Division With Win Over Newport FC

W17 FC has Won Three Straight After 2-1 Victory Over Newport FC on Sunday Night 

April 30, 2017 -- Los Angeles - L.A. W17 FC played two games in two days and got two impressive results.

L.A. W17 FC (5-2-1 overall) took maximum points from the weekend with a 2-1 victory on Sunday night over Newport FC in a United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Championship Division Western Conference leaders at Lake Forest Sports Complex.

L.A. Wolves FC President Yan Skwara said, "This was a game we needed to show up for. The opportunity to earn six points in two days doesn't happen very often, so I'm pleased the squad stayed focused and got two wins.
