L.A. Wolves FC Advances in CalSouth Adult State Cup With Win

Wolves FC scores early and often to defeat Newcastle United FC, 7-3, on Sunday night

April 2, 2017 -- Norco (Calif.) - L.A. Wolves FC are off to a positive start to the 2017 CalSouth Adult State Cup.

L.A. Wolves FC (1-0-0 overall) began the annual tournament with a 7-3 victory on Sunday night over Newcastle United FC at Silverlakes Sports Complex.

L.A. Wolves FC Sporting Director Michael Collins said, "This is an important tournament for our club and it's important that we start well. It was an open game so seven goals is a nice return on our effort, and now we look ahead to our next pool play match."
