L.A. Wolves FC Drops First Game Of The Fall, 2-0, To OC Invicta FC
Wolves FC Had Quality Scoring Opportunities But Were Stymied By League's Best Team
December 3, 2017 - Irvine, Calif. - Nobody knows OC Invicta FC quite like L.A. Wolves FC, and it showed on Sunday night.
Playing against many teammates from the Spring 2017 season, L.A. Wolves FC couldn't get past the guard in a 2-0 loss to OC Invicta FC in a United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Pro Premier Division Western Conference game at the Championship Stadium at OC Great Park.
L.A. Wolves FC President Yan Skwara said, "We knew it was going to be tough and OC Invicta came out and game us a very tough game. I thought we had our chances but at the end of the day we weren't able to cash them in and now we're looking forward to finish out the season with as many wins as it's going to take to get a rematch against these guys."
L.A. Wolves FC (6-1-3 overall) plays Santa Ana Winds FC in a UPSL Pro Premier Division Western Conference game at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Championship Stadium at OC Great Park.
