Wolves FC WatchES As 1-0 Halftime Lead EvaporateS In Dreadful Second Half

December 7, 2017 - Irvine, Calif. - Playing its second game in four days, L.A. Wolves FC had little left in the tank.
With heavy legs following its first loss of the season, L.A. Wolves FC was unable to keep pace in the second half of a 3-1 loss to Santa Ana Winds FC in a United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Pro Premier Division Western Conference game at the Championship Stadium at OC Great Park.
L.A. Wolves FC President Yan Skwara said, "We're a tired group right now. That loss to OC Invicta FC played a heavy toll on our guys, and it's not a good time with teams breathing down our neck for playoff spots in a highly-competitive Western Conference. This is a setback but we'll regroup and hopefully be ready for our next one."
L.A. Wolves FC (6-2-3 overall) plays Bell Gardens FC in a UPSL Pro Premier Division Western Conference game at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Championship Stadium at OC Great Park.
