L.A. Wolves FC Travels To Play Valley United SC This Saturday

CLUB GOES ON THE ROAD FOR THE SECOND OF THREE CONSECUTIVE AWAY GAMES TO START 2017

March 9, 2017 -- Los Angeles - L.A. Wolves FC were as good on the road as the were at home last season (16-0-0 overall), so the team is embracing the test of three consecutive away games to start the 2017 Spring Season.

Following a 4-1 win over Strikers FC South Coast to start the season, the club travels to play Valley United SC at Heritage High School Stadium (9825 Woodley Ave., North Hills, CA 91343), at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 11.

L.A. Wolves FC Sporting Director Michael Collins said, "Week 2 brings its share of challenges in any business. Can you repeat the success? Can you rebound from the failure? It's another test, and one that will show us some things about our players. Valley United is a club that has some players we need to be aware of, but if we take care of our battles we should be OK, and be one game closer to playing in front of our home crowd. We thank all that supporters that travel to see the team play. We couldn't do it without their support."

Chuck Pitts won the UPSL Player Of The Week for Week 1 after scoring two goals in the victor over Strikers FC.

L.A. Wolves FC are an American Soccer club based in Los Angeles, California. We are named after the Los Angeles Wolves, who played in the United Soccer Association in 1967 and the North American Soccer League in 1968.
